What to expect from the program
Our interpersonal change programs are improv-based, using improv as an equalizer for the various interpersonal dynamics in your organization. Improv allows for collaborative conversations where no one is “in charge” and everyone must work as a team as they build something from nothing. It fosters empathy, creativity and trust and allows for improved teamwork, innovation and communication.
VIRTUAL PROGRAM:
In this 90-minute or two-hour, interactive, virtual team-building workshop for up to 12 participants, we will work to both shift our minds from fear and anxiety to a calm, creative and strategic way of thinking and being. How? Through improv!
My intention for creating this virtual team building program is to provide an opportunity for teams to laugh and learn together, giving leaders and team members a chance to engage with each other in a comfortable setting.
Using Improv
Through improv-based team building activities, participants will create a new way of working, communicating and “being” together by:
Exploring ways to deal with the unexpected in a positive and creative way.
Enhance active listening skills (because it’s easy to zone out during a conference call!)
Role-play work-based scenarios, putting these skills to practice right away.
