Improv-based interpersonal communication training that makes a lasting impact on your personal and team’s collective success. This program gets people out of their seats and into the moment; talking, listening, and working as a team right away.

What to Expect from the Program

Our interpersonal change programs are improv-based, using improv as an equalizer for the various interpersonal dynamics in your organization. Improv allows for collaborative conversations where no one is “in charge” and everyone must work as a team as they build something from nothing. It fosters empathy, creativity and trust and allows for improved teamwork, innovation and communication.

YOUR ORGANIZATION

Each organization is different and starts from a unique place. I work in partnership with each organization to customize an interpersonal communication program for your specific needs.

PROGRAM TYPE

The program is offered in several packages: single workshops as needed, 3-month programs, or 6-month programs. Let’s discuss what program would be best for your organization given your goals.

    With these principles as our foundation, we continue learning about and improvising through:

    Communication styles (using the DISC assessment )

    Teamwork

    Presence and body language

    Giving and receiving feedback

    Having difficult conversations

  • This interpersonal communication program can be delivered in two different ways:

    In person - three half-days for up to 20 participants

    Virtual training - six 90-minute modules for up to 12 participants

  • Great, let’s get everyone onboard at the same time, so that they are learning and applying the same skills together! We will work together to schedule several cohorts to go through the program in the same timeframe.
