Team & Work Culture Transformation
Optimizing interpersonal communication to help your organization’s teams and leaders work most effectively and successfully. Using these techniques in training, speaking, and coaching I’ve seen cultures completely change from having meetings where nobody is listening, everyone is arguing but saying the same thing and nothing is getting done, to having meetings where people are having collaborative conversations and working toward a common goal, valuing what each person brings to the table.
TEAM & WORK CULTURE TRANSFORMATION
Creating a Culture of Communication & Collaboration
Culture is what keeps people coming in to work every day with a positive attitude, willing to put in their best effort, energized to take on bigger challenges, knowing they’re surrounded by a team that will support them along the way.
If you’ve gone through a merger, had a change in leadership or another major organizational shift, you may be observing the following behaviors: miscommunication, distrust, friction between “newbies” and “veterans,” or people working in silos. This program aims to address these challenges and improve company culture by bringing people from different teams together, to learn the skills and behaviors necessary to cultivate a culture of communication and collaboration.
TEAM & WORK CULTURE TRANSFORMATION
When team dynamics aren’t working well or there is a disconnect between management/leadership and the rest of the team, the problems are immediately apparent. Maybe the team is new and left to their own devices to explore personality differences, communication preferences, or work processes. Or maybe new leadership has been assigned to oversee a team. Regardless of the situation, team and work culture dynamics are important to streamline to help the team work most effectively.
Our program helps shift the perspective on team collaboration, communication, and dynamics by helping individuals become more mindful of their own communication preferences and how they can best serve the team as a whole. This process sheds light on the nuances of interpersonal behavior that shapes team culture in a setting that is safe, productive, judgment-free, and beneficial to the positive reinforcement of the team’s collective success.
