“Caitlin did an excellent job facilitating a workshop for my team. From the time we first met to preparation and the actual workshop, she was helpful and engaging and was highly focused on ensuring my workshop went the way I had envisioned. My team had excellent feedback afterwards and I can say it had an immediate positive impact on how my team interacted and felt about communication.”

“We focused on communication in a completely different way. Not preachy and not a seminar-feel, but a fun, engaging way to demonstrate the importance of being open and positive. I stepped outside my comfort zone. As an introvert, the idea of improv was horrifying. But it was fun!”
